No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Thrif-Tique does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, store credit, or cancellations unless otherwise stated in writing on the individual product listing or provided to the customer in writing before purchase.

Many of our items are pre-owned, vintage, antique, or one-of-a-kind and may show normal signs of age, wear, or previous use. We make every effort to describe and photograph each item accurately. Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, measurements, photos, condition details, and pickup or delivery requirements before completing a purchase.

Once an order has been placed, the item is considered sold and cannot be returned because of buyer’s remorse, size, color, fit, condition preferences, or failure to review the listing details.

If a product listing includes a separate written return or refund policy, the terms stated on that listing will apply.
